SMS Terms

MRG Fan Texts: recurring automated marketing texts about new music, shows, merch and exclusive offers. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

1. The program

The MRG Fan Texts program is run by Eastvilla Music LLC (“MRG”). When you check the SMS box on itsmrg.com and give us your mobile number, you agree to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from MRG — such as new release alerts, show announcements, merch drops and offers — at that number. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

If you buy tickets or book a Cara a Cara video call, we may also text you about that order (for example, your call link or a reminder). These order texts are part of your purchase, not marketing.

2. Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies, and is usually a few messages a month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan — check with your carrier for details.

3. How to opt out

Text STOP to the number we text you from at any time. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT or STOPALL. You’ll get one final message confirming you’ve been unsubscribed, and then no more marketing texts. To rejoin, sign up again on itsmrg.com or reply START.

4. Help

Text HELP for help, or email [email protected].

5. Carriers and eligibility

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be the account holder for the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission, and be at least 13 years old (with a parent’s permission if under 18). Let us know if you change or give up your number so we don’t text the new owner.

6. Privacy

We use your number only to send you MRG texts. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except our text-messaging provider that sends the messages for us. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may change or end the program at any time. These SMS Terms are part of our Terms of Service.
